By accessing or using the lyte.one waitlist ("Service") during its waitlist phase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Service Description

lyte.one is a self-service, low-code platform designed for fintech innovation. During the waitlist phase, you will be granted early access to the platform upon approval. The Service is being offered for informational and testing purposes only and is not yet fully operational.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts to use the Service. By joining the waitlist, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Waitlist Participation

Participation in the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to the full platform. lyte.one reserves the right to approve or deny access to users based on its internal criteria. You will be notified if you are granted access to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lyte.one will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oklahoma.
